Shipping / Delivery policy

At Kuwa Supplements Qatar, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, conveniently, and on time. Please review the information below regarding order processing, delivery, tracking, and address changes.

1. Delivery Coverage

Kuwa Supplements delivers to most locations across Qatar. Delivery availability may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, and applicable delivery restrictions.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders containing products from Kuwa-owned stock are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders fulfilled through third-party suppliers or shipments may require additional processing and delivery time.

  • Orders are processed and shipped Sunday through Thursday, excluding Qatar public holidays.

  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, delivery location, and logistics conditions.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is generally completed within 48 hours, depending on your delivery location.

The delivery date displayed during:

  • Product Details

  • Cart

  • Checkout

  • Order Confirmation

  • Order Confirmation Email

is an estimated delivery date and may change once your order has been dispatched.

After shipment, the latest estimated delivery date and shipment status will be available under My Account → Order Details, where applicable.

While Kuwa Supplements makes every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, logistics disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In exceptional cases where an order cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe or the shipment becomes physically untraceable, Kuwa Supplements reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund for the cancelled product(s) in accordance with our applicable refund policy.

4. Address Changes

You may request a change to your delivery address only if:

  • The order is in Pending or Confirmed status; and

  • None of the items in the order have been shipped.

Address changes may not be accepted once the order has been dispatched.

If changing the delivery address results in additional delivery charges, taxes, or other applicable fees, Kuwa Supplements may require the additional amount to be paid before processing the address change.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide the courier company name and tracking number through your registered email address or the applicable order tracking channel.

If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within 24 hours of dispatch, please check your spam or junk folder.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become visible on the courier's tracking system, depending on when the shipment is scanned.

6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Availability

Our delivery partners may make up to 5 delivery attempts before returning an undelivered package to our warehouse.

To help ensure successful and timely delivery:

  • Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

  • Please provide an active mobile number.

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

If a package is returned to our warehouse because the recipient is unavailable or the delivery cannot be completed, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

7. Identification at Delivery

For certain orders, Kuwa Supplements or its delivery partners may require you to provide proof of identity or verification of the payment method used for the order.

This may include presenting a valid Qatar ID or other acceptable identification document, where applicable.

If we are unable to verify or authenticate the information provided, Kuwa Supplements reserves the right to refuse delivery and/or cancel the order, subject to applicable laws and our refund policy.

8. Delivery Delays

Kuwa Supplements aims to provide a reliable delivery experience. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier or logistics disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Qatar public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Product availability

  • Third-party fulfilment delays

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with the delivery and provide available updates.

9. Important Note

The delivery timelines stated in this policy are estimated and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, order type, product availability, courier operations, and other circumstances.
