Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available.

Depending on the product and payment terms, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method at checkout. The remaining or full payment may be processed when the product becomes available and is ready for fulfillment.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes. A partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled can be cancelled.
